TCC Browser
In testing on iOS and Android

Your browser.
Your data. Your device.

TCC Browser blocks ads and trackers, keeps your passwords and history on your phone, and sends nothing home — not even to us.

iOS — TestFlight beta Android — closed testing

Both are invite-only right now — no public store listing yet. Want in? Email admin@tcc-coin.com.

  • Nothing trackedNo analytics, no ad IDs, no usage reports. We don't know what you browse.
  • Nothing uploadedHistory, bookmarks and settings stay in the app's private storage on your phone.
  • No account requiredOpen it and start browsing. No sign-up, no email, nothing to set up.
What it does

Everything a browser should do — quietly

No dashboards, no upsells, no "premium" tier. Each of these runs the moment you install the app.

Ad & tracker blocking

Built in, on by default — see how many trackers were blocked from Settings. Also strips ad placements from YouTube's own video data before the player loads.

AndroidiOS

Passwords stay on your device

Saved passwords are encrypted with your phone's own keystore, unlocked with your fingerprint or face, and filled back into the page when you tap to allow it.

Android

Bookmarks & history

Save a page in one tap, find it again from a menu that looks the same on both platforms. Delete one item or all of them — your call.

AndroidiOS

Keep playing when the screen is off

Music and video keep going after you lock the phone or switch apps — instead of cutting out the moment the screen turns off.

AndroidiOS

Notifications you control

Every site has to ask before it can notify you, and the answer defaults to no. Each notification names the site that sent it — nothing can pretend to be someone else.

AndroidiOS

Downloads, saved properly

Always asks first, always names the site the file came from, never opens a file on its own after saving it.

Android

Speak instead of typing

Say an address instead of typing it. Speech is recognised on the device itself — nothing audio ever leaves your phone.

AndroidiOS

Translate any page

Full-page translation running on the device — no text is sent to a translation server. Needs iOS 18 or later.

iOS

Scan a QR code to open a link

Point the camera at a code instead of typing a long address. The photo is never saved or sent anywhere.

iOS
Under the hood

Built on real filter lists

Ad and tracker blocking runs on well-known, regularly updated lists — applied by the browser engine itself, before a page starts loading.

Filter lists in use EasyList EasyPrivacy Peter Lowe's List ABPVN

YouTube doesn't put its own ad system in these lists, so TCC Browser removes YouTube's ad placements from the video player's own data before playback starts — a separate, small piece of code just for that one site.

Availability

Where things stand today

Both apps are real and running — just not on a public store yet. Feature parity between the two isn't there yet either, so here's exactly what each one can do right now.

iOS

Testing
  • Distribution — TestFlight, invite only
  • Needs — iOS 15 or later
  • Working now — ad & YouTube-ad blocking, background playback, notifications, on-device translation, QR scan
  • Not yet — saved passwords, downloads, multiple tabs

Android

Testing
  • Distribution — closed testing, not yet on Google Play
  • Needs — Android 8.0 (API 26) or later
  • Working now — ad & YouTube-ad blocking, saved passwords with autofill, bookmarks, downloads, background playback, notifications, multiple tabs
  • Not yet — page translation, QR scan

Try it before anyone else

TCC Browser is in active testing on both platforms. Tell us which device you have and we'll set you up.
